I've never watched so much over a weekend before. This weekend I've watched NASCAR, BTCC, DTM, FRenault, FBMW, Porsche Carreras, Seat Cupras, Clios, ChampCar, and the WRC! I don't know how I'd survive without Motors TV...

I've been looking for something like this for a long time and now I've found it. It's actually been around since 2001.

"Ampache is a PHP-based tool for managing, updating and playing your MP3/OGG/RM/FLAC/WMA/M4A files via a web interface. It allows you to save playlists, create user accounts, and share your music catalogs with other Ampache servers."

The great thing is that it plays your music, so along with its other uses, you can listen to all of your MP3 files from any computer that can play streaming audio (ie. at work). You can set up playlists and see what you've been listening to the most. You do need a web server with PHP and MySQL and a (semi-)permanent internet connection, but once you have that, installation is simple.

The GTalk2VoIP voice gateway is great a new service which adds some useful features to Google Talk - calls from Talk to any telephone number around the world, free voice mail, free voice conferencing, and free off-line messaging.

To get started just add service@gtalk2voip.com to your contacts list and say 'help'. The website explains more about how to use the service. There is also a plugin for Google Desktop and the team's blog.

Now you can pin all of your romantic hopes on Google - yes, we now have Google Romance. This new site allows you to upload one or many profiles, which will then lead you on a soulmate search. If you're lucky you'll end up on a contextual date, paid for by Google, while relevant ads are delivered from advertising partners. Also see the tour, press release or the FAQ.

A new testing version of Google Talk, v1.0.0.91, has also been released, adding avatars and themes.
